All delegates had better vote the way the popular vote goes. This convoluted BS, including the electoral college, is outmoded, no longer necessary and needs to go!
But until it is addressed on the Federal level these are the rules we have to play by. I am glad that there is a site like this that makes getting the information we need to make informed decisions easy.
